Workplace Giving is a brilliant way to make the most impact with your donations. It’s tax-effective for you and cost-effective for us, so it ticks every box. Whether you are an employee or an employer, we would love to talk to you about supporting BTO through Workplace Giving, and how we can work together to implement it.

Here’s how it works

Workplace Giving allows employees to make regular donations to registered charities from their salary or wages through their payroll system. As a registered charity in the USA with 501(c)(3) status, your donations to Beyond the Orphanage through Workplace Giving are tax deductible if you itemize deductions.

Once you decide on the level of giving that suits you, the donations are deducted from your pre-tax salary or wages each pay period.
